• Standard Check-in at 14:00 and Check-out at 12:00

• Shymbulak Resort Hotel can only guarantee booking after prepayment

How to make a booking

• fill out an online booking form including: room type, preferred days, and your contact information

• send request email to chimbulak.hotel@bk.ru with room category, preferred days, and your contact information

Our Booking department manager will contact you shortly for clarification on of the preferred dates availability and its prices.

Methods of payment

Prepayment for guaranteed reservations available via:

• Bank payment: payment of an invoice at any bank branch in Kazakhstan or Russia - at the request of the hotel guests will be billed for 30-50% of the cost of accommodation services.

• KIWI-wallet: fill the KIWI-wallet of the hotel with number +7 701 555 13 17 by any mobile payment terminal in Kazakhstan or Russia, where KIWI-wallet is available. 

Payment on arrival (at the hotel's reception) is possible only in cash in local currency (KZT – tenge) or by credit card: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

• Early check-in and check-out price is 50% the room rate

• Dear guests, please note that you should exchange foreign currency before arriving at Shymbulak Mountain Resort. There are no exchange points on the grounds of the resort. Cash payments will only be accepted in local currency (KZT - tenge)
